We loved the hotel from the minute we arrived, we were greeted professionally and warmly. Michelle at the reservations desk was awesome, informative and kind! Benjamin, who we met on the 12th floor in the VIP room, was so sweet, kind, funny, sociable and he made sure we knew about attractions in the area and he honestly couldn't do enough for us! He is an asset to your hotel! The duck walk was something I could see every day and never get tired of it! The hotel has so much history and elegance! It more thank exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back!

Room tip: Our room was on the 8th floor. It was quiet and clean! I don't think there's a bad room in there!

Went purely to see the ducks everyone spoke of. Interesting spectacle and historical interest. Lovely hotel for coffee and cake in the lobby lounge. Viewing for the duck parade at 17:00hrs was a challenge as it is very popular and I am not tall. However I secured a good view from the mezzanine balcony. The Duck Captain gave a speech explaining the reason for the ducks and then they proceeded up the red carpet to the lift. It was actually over very quickly so you need to be on a fast shutter speed. Earlier we had been up to the roof to see the Duck Palace where the trainees/spares are kept but it was empty.
I went because of the novelty value and I was staying in the hotel opposite.

Dear Kerlma99,
Thank you for stopping by to see the Peabody Duck March. The event does get crowded, especially during times like Spring Break and summer, so we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes in advance. It sounds like you discovered one of our best tips: watching the Duck March from the Mezzanine is one of the best spots. You can get a great 'birds eye view" of the ducks.
Thanks again,

Brought our two large dogs to stay at The Peabody. The hotel was very welcoming including providing an elaborate gift for each dog. Lovely lobby that although crowded at night, was a lovely quiet spot to sit and enjoy in the morning. Great locations near to restaurants, Beale street.

Dear Gayle M,
Thank you for choosing to stay with us. As you mentioned, The Peabody is a pet-friendly hotel. Not only do we have our 5 resident North American mallards, the Peabody Marching Ducks, but we love dogs and cats, too! We look forward to seeing you and your fur family again soon.
Thanks again,

An amazing Peabody Experience: While the beautiful surroundings and decor were a lovely experience, it wasn't even close to the sincere friendliness of the staff. At a busy business conference, the constant & genuine smiles/demeanor of the staff was a pleasure.

Room tip: River view a must

To be honest I had never heard of the Peabody. Our trip was put together by a travel agent. Amazing lobby and the ducks of course Glad we stayed here, a real experience. Room was huge a little dated but that's part of the overall charm
