The hotel was very nice and clean. Jacqueline at the front desk could not be more helpful in fixing a error from a 3rd party booking site. Next time we will just book at the front desk. We were more than grateful. Excellent staff.

I recently stayed at this Microtel and the Staff was very nice. I upgraded to a Queen Suite. The suite was dirty (furniture, table, counter top). The bed was OK. The room has paper thin walls. Breakfast was basic and Ok. Internet service was spotty. In my opinion, this place needs an over haul. I am not sure if I would stay again.

Extremely bad experience - spiders in room & stains on carpeting in 1st room. Got assigned to 2nd room and it was dirty as well but at least we didn't see spiders. Extremely poor layout of rooms, small lavatory in bathroom with no countertop to place personal items. No place in shower to put soap or shampoo. I guess they expect you to put everything on the filthy floor. Breakfast consisting of scrambled eggs, sausage, etc. was horrible.

We apologize you were not pleased with your stay. We have pest control service monthly to prevent as many pests as possible but life still finds a way occasionally. The room layout is Microtel standard and required.

The check in gal was very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. The room was on the small side but it had a wonderful bed and the room was clean. It was quite ad we received a good restful night. The breakfast had several hot breakfast items and we were satisfied. We would definitely stay here again.
