We would definitely recommend staying at Reiver House not only for the immaculate rooms but the delicious freshly prepared breakfast catering for all your culinary needs! The hosts Kenneth and Graham are extremely attentive to all your needs from a welcoming coffee on arrival ( with a much needed chocolate biscuit ! ) we would actually plan another trip just to stay at this delightful establishment.

What a high standard of friendly service ,homely, comfortable ,impeccably clean, bright room and cozy bed . From the welcome to checking out and a fabulous full Scottish breakfast- in between; it was a pleasure to stay there. Nothing was too much trouble .A business run with an eye for detail that is seldom found; with a focus on their guests enjoyment & comfort being paramount. A real pleasure to stay there.

What a great find! Reiver House was a lovely B&B. We stayed four nights and had a wonderful time. The house is quiet and quaint and our room was clean and comfortable. Graham and Kenneth were gracious hosts and were able to guide us in our travels in the area. They made us feel at home from the very beginning. Breakfasts were outstanding and made to order. They had many healthful choices and the homemade jams and jellies were delicious. The lively breakfast conversations with our hosts and other guests were truly memorable.

The hosts, Graham and Kenneth, make you feel immediately welcome. As other reviewers have said: a home away from home. They were both very attentive and happy to help (advice/book a taxi) throughout our stay. Myself and my girlfriend stayed in a double room for two nights, we were very happy with the facilities and everything was very clean. The breakfast was very tasty (we sampled both the porridge and the cooked breakfast). In short: if you are looking for a base to explore beautiful Morayshire then look no further. I would have no hesitation to stay here again in the future.

After a very unpleasant and ultra expensive two nights staying at the Ramnee Hotel, by chance, I found this lovely B&B. The property is a beautiful stone Victorian house well and detailed kept outside and inside. The rooms and the Breakfast areas are very warm and cozy, spotless clean.

The owners, Kenneth and Graham make you feel welcome at anytime and at home. They have always, a courteous, smiley, positive helpful and professional attitude. The breakfast are deliciously made with fresh ingredients that make you feel ready to enjoy the day!

I definitely will come back and I recommend it! Way to go Kenneth and Graham!! As Scots say: 'Slainte Mhath' instead of the English 'Cheers'.
