Visited this café last week.....recommended by a friend and I am certainly glad we went!
Very well done out and the coffee and fruit scones were excellent. They had been baked less than an hour before ....such a change to get things that fresh. 10 out of 10 to the chef!......Very friendly and would definitely return next time we visit the Isle of Man.
O and also Wi-Fi !

Thanks a million Barbara - we use Laxey Glen Mills flour and best Manx butter, as for the recipe well that's a closely guarded secret!

Please don't miss this little cafe. The owners are passionate about the quality and flavour of the food they serve and it tells! My favourite was the cheesy rarebit with a choice of homemade chutneys (chilli, onion marmalade or Manx beetroot). They evidently bake all their own breads and the range of traditional British puddings and desserts are really delicious. Highly recommended.

Just had a delicious crab and avocado salad here. Locally caught fresh crab, with a gorgeous dressed salad. The menu is pretty varied and imaginative, with quality home cooked, local food to suit everyone. The atmosphere and service here are always fabulous and the staff are so warm and friendly. Ted our dog usually orders a sausage and is always made very welcome too.
How we missed you when you were closed.

My boyfriend organised a surprise picnic for us to collect at this cafe. What a great treat! The food was proper 5* standard.
Yummy yummy food (even a gluten free brownie for me) and a radio for the cliff side experience. Blankets, basket, radio and "The Sound", what a great place.
Top marks to a top cafe !
