Hadn't been here for a couple of years as it was poor last time. Now I assume new owner/manger/chef. Truly great meal, varied and interesting menu. Had chilli squid which was an excellent starter, followed by the best sea bass I've had for ages, and finished off with white and dark chocolate cheesecake. Wines were good and reasonably priced. Quick service with food. As for the customer service Leah could teach many of the shops and restaurants in Ballymena how to treat customers. helpful, smiling, considerate and not intrusive in making sure everything was as it should be. A real pleasure to have been in Thyme and will be back very soon. Real shame more people weren't there to support them as it is up there and on a par with some of the many good restaurants in Belfast at the minute.

Went to Thyme on Easter Tuesday and was not disappointed. It was very busy but in a nice way . There was a real buzz about the place. Our food was cooked exactly to our request . The waiting staff were very attentive especially Leah . Top marks to the waiting staff and the chef .
