This is the place to stay in Woolacombe is you're looking for a romantic time away from the hustle and bustle.

The location was the main thing we were looking for. We wanted easy access to the beach, but not in the town center. The apartment is a a quick drive up the hill from the beach, and providing what must be some of the best views around. Walking down to the beach is a nice easy stroll, and walking back up removes all feelings of guilt about eating that extra scoop of iced cream. Yeah, it's up a hill, but it's easy enough. If you're feeling lazy like we did a couple of times, it's a 2 minute drive.

The flat is stunning, furnished as much like a high class hotel as a beautiful family home. As I said before, the views were amazing!

There was really nothing we could fault. Price was really good. Location ideal for us. Views were great. Everything was nice and clean. We'll be coming back for sure.

“Stunning view, nice flat”

Excellent apartment with a stunning location. We didn't find it that easily, but did drive down late afternoon in the pitch black. Would have been easier if we'd travelled in the light: note for next time!

You'll be blown away by the view. It's simply stunning. We went with the weather not so good, so didn't really utilise the outdoor facilities or experience the walk into Woolacombe. But the living room is very homely, the bedroom and kitchen compact but very nicely laid out. We had a 15-month old with us and we had to keep him out of the kitchen, but he loved the living room. It is small, but perfect for a weekend away. Cosy, defo suited to a couple.

Bathroom does the job, but a bath would be the finishing touch. Bath with a shower head in too? That's all it's missing.

Lots of games provided, nice big tele... really good. We had great communications with the owners too, can fault them for the service.

In short: stunning view, lovely apartment, perfect for a couple (no kids).

As for Woolacombe, what's not to like. Love it!

“Excellent views”

Excellent views good location. The flat is clean and tidy. Cosy and warm on what was a chilly weekend in the evenings. Everything you need for self catering break is supplied which is good and the wine left for us was a nice welcome gift. Just two minor issues we found whilst staying. The shower curtain was bit grubby. The elephants doing sponsored walk in the upstairs flat was annoying so early in the morning as we did go for rest and relaxing break. However we would stay here again

This is a throughly recommended place to stay, adequate for two people. Self contained, cosy and with beautiful views of the coast. Clean and well furnished.
Close to Woolacombe beach/town, 20 min walk but up and down a very steep hill - at least it works off the pint on the way back.
Owners were quick to respond to any queries and very helpful. Will definitely be going back.

We were delighted to have you stay and, we agree, that walk back up certainly does justify the pint at the bottom of the hill!

“Lovely Views”
Reviewed 1 October 2014 for a stay in September 2014

Stayed here for three nights. The flat was very warm and comfortable and had everything you would need. The only downside was the noise that came from the flat above. A lovely place to stay to explore beautiful North Devon.
