We found this farm by accident tripping around the Internet. My husband, daughter and her boyfriend ad me! Stayed 5 days. Lindy head and her husband own the farm. We were made to feel a part of the family not only by the humans. The working dogs, sheep and pigs allk made us welcome. Feeding the lambs and ewes was an experience. But what made the holiday was Lindys home produced and made cooking. To die for I have never eaten food so tasty, natural and wholesome. We ate vegetables grown on the farm that I have never heard of. The smells from the open fire were indescribeable.
We had natural homemade sausages a different variety each morning from the local butcher. Homemade bread each day I do and could go on......
We drove out each day visiting a market in south molten and watched the sale if sheep and cows. You would be surprised at how low the prices are. I sat and had very interesting conversations with local farmers selling their flocks. We bought eggs jam honey all fresh and home produced. We were helped along our way by lindy who gave us maps and ideas of places to visit.

Stayed at Harton Farm for a wedding with 5 friends and it was an ideal base. Rooms were clean and comfortable with everything you could need (washbasins, hair dryer, tea, extra blankets, bathrobes, sewing kit!..) and the breakfast with homemade bread and sausages was excellent. Lindy and Robin were really helpful and a later breakfast on Sunday morning was appreciated! There are some excellent pubs nearby including the Bridge at Dulverton.
