A truly wonderful one night, one breakfast. Bed comfortable, veranda with brilliant views over Okehampton and beyond, home cooked breakfast and simply wonderful hosts, so helpful with info about our move to Devon. We will be using this B&B again.

Room Tip: Book as early as possible so you are not disappointed

An overnight stay could not have been better, very friendly hosts. Nothing too much trouble. Beautiful house with a great view. Well behaved dogs are very welcome, and you also get a nice greeting from Buster the Jack Russell.

Room Tip: One at the front with the view

Arrived after 2000 hrs, on my cycle. I knocked on the door and was welcomed by Kay. Nothing too much trouble. Very large double Room with fantastic views both in the evening and even better in the morning with the sun rising over the hills.
The balcony outside the room is superb, sit with a coffee and take in the splendid views.
En-suite spotless, Shower very hot and powerful.
Breakfast was very nice served up by a John with a good choice on offer.
Recommended if your stopping in the area.
Thank you to the hosts Kay and John.

Very charming Edwardian house with lovely high ceilinged rooms. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners and they made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was really excellent with no detail overlooked.

We have just returned after staying the night here. Ideal location for the Polar Express experience. Lovely house with beautiful features. The children loved the massive Christmas tree, especially as they were invited to help themself to a chocolate decoration!!
The owners were so friendly, welcoming and helpful which was so lovely! Room was ideal for what we needed, good size en suite. Double bed and 2 single beds in the room. Very clean and comfortable stay. We enjoyed a very generous freshly cooked breakfast the next day which we could order the night before. Plenty of parking. We would be happy to return to Upcott House!!
