What I hated most about Clonacody: Leaving :(

I spent a gorgeous 2 nights with 20 friends ringing in the new year here in 2018. We told jokes by the fire (that our lovely hosts built and lit for us), had a dance by the piano & clinked a sherry when midnight came around! (Well, there may have been 4 or 5 sherrys taken, but it was a special occasion! We stumbled into our 4 poster (felt like a king!) beds at around 3am all laughing about our fabulous night. I could not recommend this cosy, yet impressively grand, house enough. A stunning property I hope to make a return to!

A home away from home...

Helen is the perfect host.

Her warm welcome was matched by the roaring fires waiting for us on arrival. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, the countryside beautiful and with local Fethard only a short drive away, we had everything needed to see in the new year.

Clonacody really has everything you need to unwind in the heart of the Irish countryside - highly recommend.

Magical Clonacody!!!

We spent 2 nights over New Years with friends in Clonacody. It's safe to say no photos can do it justice; the warm welcome from our fantastic host Helen, the gorgeous decor, the cosy bedrooms, and the overall experience here was just incredible. The perfect venue for anygathering, we will be back for sure!

Colossal Clonacody

What an amazing place, a group of us spent New Years at Clonacody House and it was simply breathtaking. Helen was great to deal with and the accommodation was 5 star ⭐️. The bedrooms were so spacious and cosy, while the grounds around the house were perfect for getting lost in on long walks. Can’t wait to go back.

Great venue for get togethers with friends and family!

Spent two days here with a group of friends and couldn’t have had a more lovely time.
The rooms are stunning (each with its own beautiful and luxurious bath) and fires around the house to keep you warm and cosy. The beds themselves allowed for excellent sleeps and everyone was very comfortable.
The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals for everyone and there was plenty of space for everyone to sit back and relax.
