We stayed at Aira Lodge for 2 nights in July. It is 1km from the 16th century Dunguaire Castle where we had a wonderful medieval banquet. It is set in the country away from the busy world. Our hosts could not have been nicer, they were young newly weds and did everything to help us with our travel plans.
We had an extra large family room ensuite, beautifully decorated and the house was just newly built.
We relaxed in the front sitting room each night in front of a warm turf fire and our 2 girls got a choice of dvds to watch.
We loved our stay and will come back.
