Eileen and Nora are the best hosts ever! They are kind and chatty and bubbly, and we just loved them. We had many interesting conversations with Eileen, who always had a smile on her face. The rooms are spotless and don't lack any detail. Breakfast was delicious - and the plates were decorated with natural flowers!! We will definitely stay there again when we go back to Connemara!
Wits End is a great place to stay in Connamara. Eileen is a great host. She welcomed us so warmly with delicious cake and tea, and made us feel at home. It's obvious how much love and effort she puts into the place. Our room was cozy and clean, looking out to the sea. We had a really good time and recommend the Wits End to anyone wanting to explore Connamara!
My friend and I booked in at late notice on Sunday night and were very well looked after.
We decided that we would stay on for an extra day so rang Eileen and secured a room each that evening.
Very comfortable clean room, good shower and toilet, all spotless clean.
We had a great night sleep and were fed like Kings the next morning.
Would recommend this to anyone visiting Roundstone.
Wits End B & B is exactly what a B&B should be like. Eileen always greeted me with a broad smile and produced a delicious breakfast in the morning. Nothing was too much trouble, the room was clean and good value for money. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.
Many years ago when there were still dragons and witches in Ireland, My wife of many years and I visited Ireland. When We think back now, We both agree that Roundstone is the best of the Emerald Isle. The beautiful beaches, wonderful pubs, Tasty food, Fantastic scenery, Friendly People and best of all Wits End. Eileen is the best host We have ever stayed with. Her husband, Children, Mother and all the town's people were the best. If you can only go one place in the world, go to Roundstone and stay at Wits End. You will not be disappointed. Iona & Peter
