We returned to one of our favourite Hotels in lreland and were looked after by a lovely Lady called Linda at reception. She was so courteous. She called to see if our room was ready and a very kind gentleman showed us up to our room. Everything looked perfect and so much work has been done on the rooms since we were there last.New curtains carpets and such. We had a delicious meal in the dining room which has a lovely atmosphere. Beef and veg done to perfection. The service was good . Our bedroom was spacious and spotless and the bed very comfortable. I used their lovely hot tub ( so relaxing) Breakfast in the morning was a bit of a disaster lm so sorry to say. The staff didn’t seem to know which tables they were serving ,and this has never happened on our many other visits to Renvyle. It may have something to do with Covid and their permanent staff leaving ,but it was not a good experience. We had to ask for toast twice . and for butter three times and if they had forgotten our fry’s. They were all rushing around like they didn’t know who they were supposed to be serving. We left without getting our toast. . All of my reviews about Renvyle in the past have been excellent and lm always fair in my comments so that was disappointing as it’s an expensive place. I have said before that your chef is tops and dinner was so good. and that is still the case.

Just back from 4 day at Renvyle House Hotel Our second visit this year. A real treat. Warm and welcoming. Turf fires Outdoor heated pool. Jacuzzi over looking the Atlantic Ocean. A good place to warm up after a November sea dip .
Throw in an excellent two person play on the Thursday night and complementary sherry before dinner , or earlier I’d desired
We are Empty nesters. Have been with our children in the past Great family rooms, and also dog friendly ones We had a wonderful suite , with a bijou sitting room and window seats Lovely to see other groups of three generations there enjoying the facilities
We have booked again for the summer and this time next year

Thoroughly enjoyed 2 nights in this wonderful hotel.Food was just sublime service was excellent staff were so friendly and attentive.Chilled out in front of turf fires in an oasis of peace and tranquility.
