“Great place in the beautiful town of Dalkey!”

Very clean, charming and convenient. Private courtyard was great for breakfast and coffee, and we could walk everywhere - to stores, train, pubs. It's a great location. It was a perfect spot to come back to from our day trips, and the town itself is beautiful.
One note: there were 4 of us staying there but I think it is better suited for two. The fold-down couch is pretty hard, and is situated next to the water pump (so it makes some noise in the night if the water or toilet is used). But the upstairs bed was comfy and clean.

Management Response

Thank you Kirstie, I have to say it was a pleasure to host such a lovely group of people. Dalkey is a magical place in fact in my opinion it's the best and most senic village on the East Coast of Ireland. The Coach House itself dates back to circa 1865. It was in a ruin when we bought the property. It was lovingly restored to its present state. It is a listed building and therefore greatly restricted as to what we can do with it. Thank you for your observations and suggestions we are and will take them in to account in our efforts and plans for the future.
Thank you for choosing to stay with us.
