This is a little hole-in-the-wall, and everything you'd expect from such a place. It smells like a diner, the staff often mix up your order, and the menu is limited. But if you get to know the place, it grows on you. The locals who frequent the Kountry Kitchen go there almost every day. You're likely to see the very same folks every time you go. That's because it is familiar, because the folks who work there get to know you and take care of you. It is more like going to grandma's kitchen than a restaurant.
If you want a local experience, try it. But go in with your expectations set fairly low.
