It starts with some hot, fresh bread with seasoned olive oil AND butter. Then a large Caesar salad that is fresh and well seasoned. The ribeye was cooked perfectly medium-rare and served with grits with Tasso gravy. My wife has a citrus seasoned chicken breast grilled and served with sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts and a wonderful citrus-infused cream sauce. Not low fat or low cal tonite but worth every bite. Highly recommended.
