We spent the night in a nearby hotel and saw Puleo's as we drove in (as well as the typical chain restaurants.) It looked appealing, and the TripAdvisor reviews were good, so we checked into our hotel and returned for dinner around 8:15. They were fairly busy, so we ordered wine (a nice selection) at the bar. We were seated within 15 minutes. The staff was very friendly; the decor was casual/rustic and quite pleasant; the menu featured a nice variety, including an amazing sides list. Loved our waiter, Drew. We ordered the house salad--very good. Husband went with a filet and asparagus and enjoyed both. I couldn't resist the fish and chips, and it was an excellent choice! Delicious. (The napa slaw was different in a very good way.) All in all--a very nice dinner experience.
