This was our first time. We were childless for the night which is good because this is not a place for kids. Normal price drafts are $5 and apps run $5-$10 with the big sampler board being $20. We got the smoked salmon app which I liked but wife didn't. I got a salad with seared shrimp and it was fine but wife got the famous bangers and mash and loved it. The sticky toffee pudding was also very good. Be prepared to pay decent prices. When the weather is nice the beer garden is fabulous.

Awesome chef creations for a gastropub with a fantastic bar, music etc. Good service, variety of craft beers. Perfect for couples, friends and groups to dine. Not for children.

Beautiful outdoor courtyard, great service and great food. Definitely maintains the English pub feel throughout.

Went to the Crown & Goose for lunch yesterday. We had dined there several times in the past, but this was our first time eating in the biergarden. It was nice and peaceful with a great English pub feel. We noticed the portions seemed more generous than in the past!

My husband had the Grilled Bangers & Mash
English sausage, Yukon mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, caramelized onions, sweet hot mustard, stout gastrique 16
The portion was quite generous and delicious.

I know the English aren't known for pasta, but I was craving pasta. I was not disappointed in the Asparagus and Sausage Pasta- Fresh pappardelle pasta, English sausage, grilled aspragus, roasted tomatoes, green peas, parmesan cheese, lemon creme fraiche 16

The food was delicious, great atmosphere, and very good service. We will definitely be back.
