The room was very nice and everything was clean. I was only there for one night but the service was very good. The lady at the front desk was a sweetheart. I didn’t have anything to complain about. I recommend this hotel

Dirty parking lot femine products laying around ,rooms outdated and dirty, broken beds,creepy people constantly watching you go in and out. Dirty ,stained carpets, cracked and crumbling cement on stairs and walkways, high grass

I arrived here at just after 5 in the morning after travelling 4.5 hours. I was tired and wanted my room. I had reservations and had called earlier in the week and was told checking in early would be no problem. First thing I hear when I check in is you won't get your points because I am Corporate Lodging. Rude clerk, uncaring and unfeeling. No luggage carts in the lobby. No offer of assistance. I reserved a King but was given 2 queens. The clerk claimed there were no Kings. I proceeded to go outside and called a nearby hotel and drove to it, getting my points and was recognized for my elite status. No problems, no issues. And comfort and a king. Stay elsewhere.

I’ve stayed at this location several times through the years but this was my first time in a couple of years. The people at the front desk are super nice and accommodating! They made extra effort to make our stay comfortable! Beyond that, the building and rooms need major updating. The furniture is outdated and there is no accommodation for charging phones and working with a laptop. They trimmed shrubs while we were there and left the trimmings on the ground. There seems to be a lot of construction workers staying here. It didn’t feel like a good place for family or business people.

Rooms needed to be thoroughly cleaned and mold removed. Yes laundry only had one washing machine and one dryer. The washing machine had to be cycled twice to complete the wash S6 RS6. This call significant delays in doing laundry.
