Very spacious room. Memory foam bed and mypillow. Awesome night sleep.very clean room, force air heating and cooling with a thermostat, no unit below the window like found in most hotels. Complimentary bottled water in the rooms. Smoking rooms are on the fourth and fifth floors only. Delicious supper choices including buffet options witha very reasonable price. Disappointing lack of Breakfast. Only had mini muffins, cookies, apples, apple and orange juice available.

I was nervous at first when I saw how cheap the rooms were. I decided to give it a try and I’m very glad that I did. The rooms very clean and the he staff was very accommodating. They also have great breakfast that is very cheap thru out the week. The weekend buffet is as well worth the money. It was by far the best hotel I have stayed at in the area!

Casino/Hotel nicely located close to Watertown, SD. Can stay here and be in town in 10 minutes. Convenient for old veterans to visit the Vet clinic in Watertown. Rooms are always clean and accomodating. No perks or gratuities. Priced very low.

Room tip: ask for ground floor.

Room was clean and comfortable, good value for low cost. The room was rather dark, could use more light. No coffee maker and no refrigerator, but at this price point did not expect a lot. Far enough from the Casino so no smoke smell in hallway.

We entered the hotel and were not greeted by either employee at the front desk. We gave them our name and they asked if we were players club members as they are the only ones who get a $32 room rate. I said no and pulled out my confirmation letter to show them. No response. We were then handed a paper to put down our license plate. Then we were handed our room key. There was no your room # is....the elevators are....the room is on the....The only thing she ever said to us what about the room and to write down our license plate. Not even have a good night. Rude. At least it's a smaller hotel so you don't have too much to figure out where things are. Our room was actually nice. I did snag a $32 king room somehow! The room had a king bed, couch, coffee table, safe, coffee maker, tv. The only thing lacking in the room is that there were only two pillows on a king bed and they were flat. We went downstairs to the restaurant as the flyer in the room said they were open until 9:00 pm. It was 8:30 so we had time. Went downstairs and it was closed up; no lights; nothing. There was a small deli type place next to it with hamburgers, hotdogs, fries etc. We were greeted with a ya. So we placed our order of a reuben sandwich, fries and onion rings; was told the amount and that was it. Nothing about taking our name; a number for our order etc. We sat at a table and watched. Learned that she just put the food on the counter and yelled what it was that was ready and then you picked it up. She was not friendly either. Our food was ok; the onion rings were over cooked. We then went into the casino to play a few slots. No wins. We were leaving at 6:00 am in the morning and couldn't eat at the hotel at the restaurant didn't open until 7:00 am. The hotel is about 4-5 miles off the interstate. They definately need to work on customer service. (Christa)
