Brought 17 people to tube on the zero gravity hill. HAd a great time, however the mountain was extremely fast and it was very hard to stop. There needs to be a padded stopping area or something better than tubes tied to a rope. They did work on hills to try and slow them down some. Was lots of injuries. I felt that some of the staff should have been on the hill. At one point 4-5 people in front of patrol shack, two people doing loading and unloading and no one at top. Later guy at top was added. I would highly recommend going, but had some anxiety with the safety!! Staff is proud of their "Total Injury Waiver" and heard that by two different people and over their radios when one person was hurt a little.

We did the zero gravity tubing during our stay in the area. It was a blast. The staff was also very nice and fun while tubing in the area.

We had 20 people in our group, 11 adults and 9 kids. We were sent off on our scheduled time, however, wait times were long and only 2 of the 4 runs were being used. Then a lady came flying down on a tube that she was not trying to stop and collided with a parked snowmobile. The lift operator at the bottom of the hill ran off to help her and never returned. No one took her place for almost 45 minutes. We had to trudge up the hill to go. When someone finally came to operate the lift, most people had cleared out and we were able to go a few more times. Nothing was offered to us that shift for them being short staffed and leaving the lift unattended. I understand accidents happen, but they should have been better staffed for these types of situations. In addition, the lift kept going on and off. We went over Christmas break and paid $35/person. Pretty pricey for only getting to go 5 times and once having to climb the hill. I think it was fun, but can be better run.

Good Price, good location, friendly people. But. The company needs more order, organization, and control in the use of snow tubing. The wait does not match the requested schedule. On the internet we requested time 11:00 am and they moved us at 12:45. That is not right. Our travel plans change. Then, in the waiting line, there are not enough implements to slide. Lots of clutter in the wait. Sorry, this is a tip as they can improve.

We love to go up to the ski area and go snowtubing. We watched night tubing, but I decided against it. The lodge has a snack bar and the lounge is nice. The bartenders were friendly and helpful. Whenever we are in the hills in the winter, we always com back here.
