Ok T.I.G.E.R.S is really the only reason we went here, but I have been here in previous trips to MB. First off the TIGERS place is AWESOME, you should go, it is REALLY expensive, but well worth it and it goes to the tigers. You can go on the tour for $199, which we didnt have the money for, i wish we did. There is a $20 off in the monster coupon book, or if you do a pic at barefoot landing you get $40 off the tour. But its $59 for a pic with one animal (tiger or monkey) we did one of each and it was $79. Its $99 for two tigers. Each additional sheet is $20 (you can choose the size). We have been to Dicks Last Resort before, it is fun, but let me tell you...they are rude to you on purpose thats the fun of it...so if you're going to get offended or dont want your kids exposed to stuff...then dont go. But if you like broadway at the beach you will like this. Its better than they advertise it.

We went to Barefoot after we hit Broadway at the Beach (BATB). It was somewhat disappointing compared to BATB. There are some nice shops and it's nice to walk around the landing. There is a nice Christmas ornament shop. There are some nice restaurants around this area which is where most people seemed to be going.

I have been to Barefoot Landing numerous times and each time I went was great. They have tons of shops for just about anyone and great resturants ranging from pizza to seafood to ice cream. It's all built on a large pond so you have to walk across bridges to get from one island to the other and along the way you see turtles, fish, birds, and occasionally alligators so the wildlife adds to the overall experience you get at Barefoot. Watch your money here because you will easily spend it all!

Barefoot Landing is a really neat shopping center... kind of like an outdoor outlet mall featuring major outlet stores. It's really nice because they have shaded places to sit along the way. We found some really great deals while shopping there last summer.

Could not check in early, but when we did, we were very excited with the room. Had a 3 bedroom condo that was huge, new, beautiful and had everything we needed. Bathrooms like a spa, plenty of TV's, Huge balcony overlooking wonderful pool and waterway, just beautiful rooms. The resort grounds were not exciting, the pool was lovely but the restaurant off to the side and closed early on weeknights. The grounds were fine, just not a lot of resort type features. On the other hand, Barefoot Landings across the way (you have to drive, you can't walk.) House of Blues and other great restaurants, the Landing had a outside street fair atmosphere, especially at night, and we went to One the Show which is shmalzy but fun. Be sure to go on a night when the comedian Ricky Moder is there; he makes the show. You won't be disappointed at BArefoot. I certainly believe 2 families could be happy sharing a 3 bedroom here. Two master bedrooms with attached baths and 3rd bedroom has twin beds plus a pull out sofa in living room so easily accomdates 8. Loved the in room washer dryer too. Central location in Myrtle Beach too.
