We so enjoyed our stay at the Coral Beach Resort. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Everything was super clean and well taken care of! The Starbucks in the building was a nice bonus!
The room was very comfortable and clean! The ladies who came in to clean each day were super friendly and did a great job.
This was our second year at the Coral Beach and we are planning on going back again next year.

Our flight was earlier than check in but was able to get pass to enjoy all the pools and outside area as well.. room was 4 out of 5 worked great for us and had full kitchen which helped a lot.. was able use the splash zone which made our toddler whole mini vacation.. they also let hang out outside after we checked out to kill time before our flight.. would go back again.

We stayed in room 934. Our view was spectacular beach front. The room had a nice murphy bed and a separate bedroom. It was updated, clean and very comfortable. We found the staff very friendly and courteous. Things like holding doors open and greeting us was an unexpected pleasure. We bowled at the resort. The restaurant was good with a plentiful buffet. The pools, hot tubs and common areas were well kept and clean. We will definitely book again.

Room Tip: Room 934 was oceanfront and a one bedroom suite

Personally, I prefer a hotel that caters more toward adults but, this trip was family oriented. Very nice hotel with pools geared towards very young kids, a large pool which max.depth was about 5ft.6in., hottubs and a lazy river (kid-sized), indoor pool and hot tub. There is a sauna for adults inside too.
Eats and drinks... this is where this hotel is lacking. There is one bar outside next to pool. One bar in the bowling alley with snack bar. One bar with a lounge to sit in on the 6th floor called Oceans6. There are NO RESTAURANTS in the hotel!! They have a small grill in the pool area outside that makes hamburgers and hotdogs, grilled chicken sandwiches and a couple salads. The salads are very good!
The room we had was a large efficiency with full kitchen and balcony overlooking the ocean. It is always musty smelling. The air conditioner had a smell like old sweaty dirty socks so we couldn't use the balcony! The stove with oven worked-used for making some breakfasts and lunches. We ate breakfast 2/5 days at the hotel's breakfast buffet called Atlantis Restaurant-BREAKFAST ONLY RESTAURANT. It is excellent @ $12 per person. Unfortunately, we had one morning with cockroaches in the kitchen in our room-the hotel staff came and sprayed the room while we were at the beach. The roaches never came back.
The towels are very rough. Supplies were brought daily for the bathroom. Any time we called about something they came immediately.
Our room had no WiFi the ENTIRE trip of 5 nights!!! They said they kept trying but to no avail!! We had room 322. We were unable to connect with our group of 25 people the entire time and missed out on several group get togethers because of it. The hotel made no amends for this MAJOR problem.
We would not recommend this hotel for couples and would only give it a medium 3/5 for family type vacationers.
You also have to walk into the room and walk thru the bedroom first then the kitchen then the sitting room. It would be better if the layout was reversed with the sitting room came first then the kitchen followed by the bedroom (as most hotels like this do-we've been to several)
