Tip: use a coupon-they are easy to find on line and in coupon books.
This was our second time at MB MagiQuest and it was still great. This location is the largest of all the MagiQuest facilites and a dream for those who love the Great Wolf Lodge experience Our 11 year old returned as a master magi and there was still lots for her to do. This was our 4 year olds first time and she had a great time until it got more crowded.
If you like magic, fairies, riddles, HP, or scavenger hunts, this is the place for you!
Arrive near opening time during peak periods for a less crowded, quieter experience. Lots of walking is required, wear comfy shoes, wear glasses if you need them, younger than 10 years old will need some dedicated adult assistance or to work in a group. Be warned that when your time is up your adventure is over, even if you are really close to finishing a quest. As a parent, have a plan for this. Either be prepared to add time, or discuss in advance, or agree to return later in the trip or next time ( your wand knows what you have completed and simply presenting it upon return provides your status and accomplishments).
Beware the gift shop: the beautiful fairy dress up costumes are near $40!

Quite a challenge. A little pricey, but worth it for special vacation treat.

My husband and son (5 years old) went and said they loved it. The start up costs are high to get the wands and such but they loved it and are wanting to go again to another location. My husband says that you need to be able to read or have someone with you that can read, so my son could not do it on his own. They loved the battles in the gift shop area a lot - that seemed to be a really big highlight. I'm told that once you get your wand and topper then the costs to pay again are much more reasonable. They have also enjoyed playing online too

This was so much fun. We took our 11 y.o. For a free pass, look for billboards when you get to myrtle beach. Text them to win a free pass. This saved us $30+. Great for kids that like harry potter
