We wished we would have stayed longer. First, the hotel was brand spanking new! The front desk staff were outstanding and welcoming. The hallways are wide and bright and then.....we walked into our room and our eyes went right to the sliding glass door and blue blue water!!!! Our jaws fell to the ground!!!! The room was incredible with a new new kitchen, a comfortable sofa bed, and dark and quiet bedroom with nifty technology, and a gorgeous bathroom large enough for us all to get ready in. We had our coffee out on the balcony, and we had our sliding glass door open at night when we ate our dinner. Because of Co-Vid, parking was a tad inconvenient, but I would do it all again if we could come stay again. The beach access was incredible. There were very few chairs available by the pool but that was okay because the beach was outstanding. There was a mexican restaurant next door to the hotel that was outstanding. The front desk staff gave us free passes to a go-cart track and a waterpark. This was a completely fun surprise bonus and we immensely enjoyed it. I am trying to figure out how we can come back to Myrtle Beach. This was our first time and we would come back in a heartbeat!

Upon arrival we were greeted by the friendliest valet parking crew. They were extremely helpful and polite during the entire stay. Rooms were clean and very spacious. Easy to order extra towels & paper products on room TV. Pool and Hot Tub areas kept very clean. Great access to beach and boardwalk. Despite the rainy weather, the ocean view was still incredible. Would recommend this to anyone looking for peaceful get away during the off season.

Room tip: Ocean View Rooms provide a great view. No obstructions.

This hotel was a great stopover in the time of covid. We were in one of the smallest rooms, which was still larger than our apartment in NYC. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, and pans, and the stacked laundry was great to see. We loved that the design of the hotel oriented every room to at least have a partial ocean view. The indoor pool is also cleverly done with lots of natural light, so it feels like you’re outdoors even while you are protected from the elements. The hotel staff was nice and helpful both in person and over the Hilton app.

We appreciated the cutting edge tech such as new TVs with streaming video services and wireless chargers for our phones. The modern elevators that don’t stop on every floor are great too. But with new tech comes issues. We did have an issue where the TV was completely frozen. Apparently, resetting the Chrome cast fixed it, but because the TV was so well mounted on the wall, it took a tech half an hour to access it. I would have also appreciated more food and beverage options in the hotel, which were quite limited during COVID.

However, this was an excellent stopover and exceeded our expectations.

Our two bedroom, ocean view suite was amazing! It was super clean and roomy for our needs. The balcony was beautiful! Being that it is the “off season” the greats were great. We will definitely be back!

Due to a problem at check-in at another Hilton Grand Vacations resort, we were left in a situation where we did not have a room to stay in when we arrived in Myrtle Beach at 10:30 in the evening. We decided to try the other two HGV properties in Myrtle Beach to find a room. When I pulled into Ocean Enclave I was met by Said who greeted me and asked how he could help. After explaining my dilemma, Said referred me to Andrew Griffin who was the manager on duty at the time. Said made sure that I had a personal introduction to Andrew. This is where Andrew at Ocean Enclave really excelled! Andrew was willing to give us the last equal room available and took care of having all the reservations changed to Ocean Enclave. Thank you to the team that got us settled in that evening! These folks did an awesome job in taking care of us that night; Said, Steve, Stachia, Kaleigh, and Andrew. We also appreciate the follow up contact to make sure we were doing ok! The staff at Ocean Enclave is awesome!
The facility is relatively new and in great condition. We loved the location on the north end of the boardwalk. Just a short walk to our favorite coffee shop (Boardwalk Coffee House) and many other things to do.
Our room was a one-bedroom oceanfront which was very spacious for two people. We liked the décor. The room was clean and everything was the way it should have been. Although it had no bearing on our stay, we did not see a DVD player in the room. The kitchen has a Hamilton Beach Brew Station coffee maker. This was our first experience with the Brew Station and we loved it. There were four packets of coffee in the condo when we arrived. No filters required.
The room had power outlets and USB charging ports in the living room and bedroom. We found these to be conveniently located.
The view from our room was an 8 out of 10 rating. We could not see past the building to the north and our view to the south was somewhat limited by the neighboring buildings. Not a deal breaker but if you are that person that loves to see beach for miles in both directions you will want to make sure you get a room in the very front part of the building.
