The food is so good at Scatori's that we eat there every week even though the service is so-so. The restaurant is divided in half, with half being a full-service restaurant with a hostess and the other half a pizza and subs type of restaurant where you just go in and seat yourself. Tonight, we arrived and saw an empty table. We went over and sat down and were told the table was reserved. I was really annoyed and trying to figure out what to do while my husband had parked the car. The waitress walked over to the man who told us we couldn't sit there and said something. After that, she said we could sit down. A few minutes later, a couple came in and sat at another empty table, again the only one. They were told the table was reserved and they would have to wait for another table. So they got up and went back to the door. By this time, about 20 minutes had elasped and whoever the "reserved" table was for still hadn't arrived. My husband was so upset about how we and the other party were treated as customers, he went up to the counter to express his concern. The man he spoke with told him it was none of his business and to get out of the restaurant. We are so disappointed in the lack of concern for their customers because the food is great. However, we will never eat there again.
