Usually get to see some gators in the fresh water lake after entering the park, you can tour Attalia if you are interested in Anna Huntington's summer home, the beach access is great and the campground is large with good accommodations. Will definatly return in the future.

The park is very nice and offers a good area to see the beach from a few different places within the park. The real gem in this park is Atalaya though! My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the how pretty this was and how cheap it was to get in. Definitely something to go see if you're in the area!

Disappointed when we went to the park at end of October, only to find out Atalaya Castle was closed because it was being set up for a Haunted House. However, Nature Walks were very nice and got to see an alligator up close.

Loved touring the Atalaya castle, so unique with great history, awesome architecture and close walk to the clean safe beachfront. Also walked marsh walkways observed many types of shore birds, herons and alligators. Not much traffic so quiet and peaceful place, felt very relaxed here, great to hang out and just watch the world go by, would love to return in future, thank you!

Had an enjoyable day as usual. Saw lots of alligators. Long walk on the beach was very relaxing. New concrete walkway to the beach is a great plus. Relaxing and enjoyble.
