This is the most authentic taco food I've had since I left the San Diego/Tijuana area. If you're looking for real Mexican food, not the Americanized version, then this is the place to eat. There were 3 of us ordering 2 tacos each. We had carnitas (roasted pork), carne asada (beef), and al pastor (a marinated pork). We liked them so much that we each ordered 2 more tacos. For sides, we had rice and refried beans. Those refried beans were delicious. I had Horchata for my beverage and it was soooo good. The owner came to our table and introduced herself and asked where we were visiting from.
The restaurant is so small, that we had a bit of a time finding it. It's across the street from Krispy Kreme and across the parking lot from an oyster place. The atmosphere is very quaint. The prices are great and the music contributed to the ambience.
This place is worth finding!
