Although we visited over a year ago, I still feel obligated to give this restaurant a review. Obviously it was memorable! Our waitress was fully versed on the dishes and helped recommend drinks to compliment our entrees. The view is unparalleled and the dishes were off the charts. It was also nice to have valet parking because the road is a tad tricky.

We dined here the evening of the eclipse, and I'm sure the waitstaff was tired, but our server kept her smile. Unfortunately we were seated inside and had only a slight view of the inlet, though my husband thought he caught a dolphin. Had it been just the two of us, we might have chosen to linger on the rooftop bar - that seemed like THE place to be on the island.
We were very pleased with our food. I had the scallops which were huge and melt in your mouth good. The husband had a special that day - crab stuff swordfish, which was just to die for. We both agreed he had the best dish. The daughter went with a kids meal, but insisted on key lime pie for dessert, and ate it all quickly once she realized we were sneaking bites.
Cocktails were good as well. My husband had something with blue curacao and pineapple juice and he was very pleased and referred back to it all vacation while ranking his other cocktails at other places (this one won the grand prize of favorite).
Overall, very nice.

Beautiful sunsets over the water (though, not visible from most seats inside the restaurant) maybe people in the bar upstairs have better luck. Service was not great and food just ok.

We had dinner here on August 21st, the evening after we had seen the Total Eclipse. Food was very good, hush puppies were awesome. Sits on the inlet, with great views. Server was very good.
