This may be our third stay, and just as lovely. Love the free bike rental the hotel provides. The service is top-notch. The facility is nice and clean. Would definitely recommend. Next time I'd request a balcony - some rooms have them.

First class staff and very comfortable accomodations. Our family was made to feel very welcomed and it was an easy place to relax at. Great view of the golf course and a very nice pool. Already booked for next year.

This is a beautiful hotel and the service is top class. It is a very short walk to the shops and restaurants in Harbour Town. Right next to the tennis courts and a golf course that is on the PGA circuit. But we are beach people and while the Beach Club the Inn shares with all the homes and condos in Sea Pines is very nice, there isn’t enough parking and you have to wait on a shuttle.

We had a fun visit and will return to Hilton Head, but someplace closer to the beach next time.

Thank you for your review of The Inn & Club at Harbour Town.

We are very pleased to hear that you enjoyed your recent stay with us. We pride ourselves on the exceptional customer service that our professionally trained staff provides, as well as the many activities and amenities that we have to offer including our complimentary private transportation from The Inn & Club to the Sea Pines Beach Club. This service is offered exclusively to Inn & Club guests for their convenience and is separate from the Sea Pines Trolley which is available for all guests and visitors of Sea Pines. From late March through Labor Day, we also offer our seasonal beach concierge service that includes daily use of premium beach chairs, towels and umbrellas, as well as access to food and beverage service, including alcoholic beverages, on the beach. We are disappointed that you were not able to take advantage of our private transportation service and hope that you will join us again to enjoy the full experience that The Inn & Club at Harbour Town has to offer.

Please know we take all guest feedback seriously and truly care about the service and experience we provide our guests. Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback and we invite you to return on your next vacation to Hilton Head.

Went to a wedding and stayed at the Inn. Most beautiful property with every amenity one could need. Expansive space includes a marina and several excellent golf courses. The golf shop contained all high end products, monagramed. The spa was one mile away. The hotel room was expansive with all high end amenities. The bed and linens were expletive. The turndown and daily service were accomplished to the specific needs of the occupants. Coffee in the room and lobby. Multiple venues for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The furnishings and decorations were excellent. The staff was superb and international.
We were there for a beautiful wedding. The wedding planner was top notch. Personal and available. The wedding took place on the lawn adjacent to the famous 18th hole of the Plantation course-Home to the upcoming RBC championship.
Overall, an excellent weekend.

Room Tip: View the golf course

I reserve reviews for exceptional experiences at hotels or restaurants. That is the reason why none have been submitted in two years. Yes, I have high standards. My wife and I recently spent 3 nights at this hotel. We were strolling the grounds around Habour Town a few years back and happened to pass by it. The quiet surrounding, the landscaping, and the fountains told me we must stay there at some point.
We arrived in the evening and were greeted immediately with a smile and "welcome". The young female was courteous and knowledgeable. After check in, she offered to take us on a quick tour of the lobby and some of the grounds. What a good idea. Are other resorts reading this? I hope so.
We then went to our room. On the way, we noticed the heavy molding and and beautiful carpets. Our room was immaculate. Did I tell you about the hand written card that was on the bed? It welcomed us and hoped our stay would be enjoyable. With that note, the chocolates on the nightstand, and the TV tuned to a beautiful instrumental, I knew this place was going to work out just fine.
The stay may cost above average, but they provided value. There was an extra $30 a night fee for the golf course view, but this was worth it in my opinion. You have a view of the pool, the new clubhouse and the #1 tee box. Our stay came with up to 2 hours of tennis at the Stan Smith Academy. We also had use of bikes from the resort and were given a $50 gift certificate. That provided a great lunch at The Links Grill in the clubhouse.
They were there to serve you. We were asked when would be the best time for housekeeping in the morning and the desired time for turndown service. That is a great idea. I could go on and on, but just know you will be pleased with your stay.
