Granola bars and muffins don't constitute 'free breakfast' in my opinion, so the website seems misleading. The 'fitness room' was 2 machines in steaming hot closet, which also seems misleading. It was also nearly impossible to open the door. Had to call down to the desk so someone could tell us how to open it. The price was good and the room was OK, although it still seemed a bit dated for having been 'recently renovated'.

Staff is rude room was extremely outdated, equal to motel 6 location. Ask for pans for room told had to pay 25 a day to use then paid and they refused to give to me. Tried to have breakfast the closed hour early and said not there problem

After allI had experienced, I was denied a smoke free room as the smoke from two other guests filtered into my room which made me violently ill. No kitchen ware or accessories ever and had to have my room moved due to the loud, constant yelling and fighting in room 132. I feel that I should be reimbursed for at least 4 days of my trip.

Was supposed to be charged $280, but ended up with $491... That's a little more than being ripped off... It's been a week, and still waiting to hear back from the staff. Otherwise, they really need to mention that its just "Grab and Go" breakfast, instead of mentioning that there's breakfast at the hotel..

Room smells of smoke. Did not transfer to another room despite another rooms available. They said no rooms. Had a friend call to check availability and guess what there was availability. They say breakfast included but all they gave was coffee. Bedsheets had holes. False promises. This has been a second bad experience. No more chances.
