Our large party received excellent service from our primary waiter (a man with a Bruins logo on his bow tie) and a second helper. The waiter communicated very informatively, effectively, and naturally. Our requests for replacements, additional condiments, etc. were attentively accommodated throughout the meal.
The food was good in taste and quantity for the price (i.e. not to write home about). We had veal and eggplant parmesans, fried clams (unfortunately tasted more bread-y than crispy but fortunately tasted fresh and not gritty), lobster tails, scrod, etc.
The panoramic window views of the reservoir and the wooden interior give an elegant feel to the dining room (but the food is plated commonly). The restaurant appears to be versatile (in addition to the dining room, there appeared to be bar, lounge, and private banquet room areas).
