This restaurant is now called Tlacuani, but it is run by the same family as La Cocina.
Viva Tlacuani! We have searched in several states and cities to find the wonderful dish named in the title. Because it is hard to prepare, no "Mexican" restaurant seems to want to bother...but FINALLY we found it near our home. We had good food and great service in a dining area filled with Mexican art and crafts. We recommend this dish at this wonderful restaurant.
