“Super crowed family fun”
Reviewed 24 October 2011

There are a ton of activities that you could spend all day doing. However, there were so many people, on a Saturday, that it made it not fun. There were kids not following the "rules" so little kids got pushed around, even on activities listed for the little ones. But there was plenty of things for kids of all ages to do.

The animals cages were not well cleaned.

The maze was well thought out, because they had different levels, so you could just go for fun and be out in 20 minutes or you could spend hours on the big challenge.

I would suggest not going on a weekend. Plus, it was better suited for kids like 7-13.

“A full day of fun!”
Reviewed 17 October 2011

This is definitely a full day of fun for all ages. And the beautiful setting and getting to see the train from Strasburg go back and forth is the icing on the cake. Make sure you have plenty of time and comfortable shoes. We spent a good two hours in the maze collecting all of the pieces. There is tons of great food as well. We didn't even get to all of the other children activities there are so many. The best thing was that this farm is super clean. There are friendly staff people everywhere picking things up, wiping things down, pointing you in the right direction. We will definitely be back!

“Great fall fun for the whole family”
Reviewed 15 October 2011

Cherry Crest Farm (Lancaster, PA area) is a great place to spend the day with family and friends. We went last week with two other families and had a blast. The corn maze is great, but very time consuming if you try to get all the puzzle pieces. My buddy found all but one and after 3 hours, they had enough. There are hayrides, a haystack to climb on, super slide on a huge hill, a trampoline type thing (they have 2, one for the older kids, another for the younger ones), basketball, an area to throw footballs and baseballs, and a small train for the younger ones. I am sure I am missing some activities and you will not be disappointed -- PLENTY to do! Make sure you try the kettle corn...they have free samples all over the place...its awesome!

“Plan on spending the day!”
Reviewed 10 October 2011

WOW! What a great place! I have 3 boys, 17, 11 and 9 and all of them had fun. We arrived @11 and left at 3:30 b/c of dinner plans. The boys wanted to return later for the flashlight maze but we weren't able to. There are activited from pumpkin picking, tattooing to making butter. There is a HUGE mountain slide the kids (and hubby) rode down too. So many things to do and see.
But, there's always a but...it was a littel pricey. Food cost us a small fortune ($2 water, $3.50 a slice pizza) and when we go back, we'll def eiher pack alunch to do a picnic or eat before. Some things cost extra, ie- pumpkin picking was .39 lb, corn shooter was $1 a shot, and the pony rides where $5. All things considered it was an incredibly awesome time and we will definately make it a stop next time around.

“So much fun! Not just for kids.”
Reviewed 5 October 2011

My mom and I went to check out the corn maze, which was much more challenging than others I've been to. I was surprised at how many acitivities there were - something for everyone! My favorite part was the tour of the farm which had beautiful scenery and lots of interesting information about the history of the farm along with the current operations.
