Description: P.F. Chang's is a restaurant concept that honors the 2,000-year-old Asian tradition of wok cooking and believes in making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. With a Farm to Wok food philosophy at its core, P.F. Chang's chefs hand-roll dim sum, hand chop and slice all vegetables and meats, handcraft every sauce and wok-cook each recipe, every day in every restaurant using fresh ingredients. With roots in Chinese cooking, the culinary landscape at P.F. Chang's now stretches across Asia with diverse, culturally inspired recipes including hand-rolled sushi, Vietnamese-style soups and bowls, traditional Chinese dim sum, wok-fired chicken and beef entrees, and family style noodles and rice. All made from scratch every day.

This visit to P.F. Chang's was quite enjoyable. Lettuce wrap, crab wonton, shrimp with black bean sauce, everything was delicious.

Great service, along with exceptional food.

Stopped in for lunch after dropping son off at college. Enjoyed our lunch, service was prompt and efficient. Appetizer and entree were good. Chicken on my grilled chicken salad was undercooked, so I didn't eat it. Mentioned to server who had the salad removed from the bill.

PF Chang's is a favorite of ours & we always visit the closest location wherever we are on vacation. After arriving for a few days stay in Philly, we opted to seek out this location of PF Chang's for dinner to take advantage of a 1-day special they were offering. We found it with no problem, located in a shopping mall. Sat in the bar. Although the parking lot was full, Chang's was not. The bar had a few diners but it wasn't busy by any means. This was a Thursday night about 7PM. The special was free Kung Pao chicken with the purchase of another entree. At our home location, the Mandarin Crunch Salad qualifies for an entree. At this location, we were told it did not count unless we paid extra to add meat/seafood. Bartender removed soy sauce from the bar before our entrees arrived & he never asked if we wanted it. We got it off another table in the bar area. The Mandarin Crunch salad usually has fresh mango & almonds, this had neither. I was never offered a tea refill although my glass was empty for a while. I had to ask for it. Would I return to this location, probably not.

Wow, food fare doesnt change much, but the service is, as the saying goes, manic-depressive. We had decent result with the menu items ordered, kitchen was a bit slow it being a holiday weekend and all, but the place was half empty and our server could not have been more slow if they tried. Checked back once mid-meal and they averted their eyes the rest of the time. They might have been new, had to write down ice water with lemon as a drink choice. The food saved the day but it really ruins a night out for dinner when the staff dont bring even a decent 'B' game. Go early and plan to spend agood bit of time waiting, order two drinks so you dont have to wait for a return request to refill. And good luck.

I decided to try something different than my traditional lettuce wraps and had the sweet and sour chicken. Our waiter was great - fun, funny, responsive. The food was delicious and a nice portion however I only had one little pineapple and not many veggies. It won't deter me from ordering it again but it would be nice to have a bit more of the veggies and pineapple. The food is always good here.
