Loved the California burrito!! The hot sausages were excellent. We also had the potato tacos and they were delicious as well. Will definitely go back!!

A Little Thursday Lunch Taco Action @elburropgh at their newest location at 1130 South Braddock Ave. Pittsburgh, Pa 15218 this location is their second and is only 6 months old. I highly recommend stopping in here because their Tacos are absolutely delicious. These are their street tacos - Carne Asada, Shredded Chicken and Carnitas. Their sauces, salsa and guacamole are super delicious too.

Between the staff (order taker/cashier lady) not being overly friendly coupled by the $10 slightly smaller than average mediocre chicken burrito, I'm not a fan. It wasn't terrible, it just wasn't anything special and was small and not very meaty.

El Burro is located in a slightly sketchy area and it doesn't have tables, just stools: it's not particularly comfortable or clean. The food was very nice: 2 shrimp, 2 carne asada, 1 pulled chicken and 1 pulled beef taco, a small pot of guac and a soft drink for $30. We enjoyed it all but it wasn't particularly cheap given that you're paying for a quick bite not a dining experience - a taco in Chelsea Market in NYC costs $3.50!

Wow, this food is salty. I ordered two hard tacos (chorizo and carnitas) with sour cream and guac on top. Even the guacamole was salty, making the whole shebang really unpleasant to eat. Husband ordered a California burrito. He salts EVERYTHING and even he admitted it was overkill. Oh well...at least the person behind the counter was super nice.
