Loved this place! Stumbled upon by accident and glad I did. I'm very picky when it comes to falafel, but this place is the real deal. Not too mushy, not too dense and green in color from herbs, just like it's supposed to be. All the topics were top notch as well.
Would go back as well as recommend!

It's a place to grab a quick bite. The humus was tasty but the lamb falafel I ordered felt a little dry. The food is served fresh however the choice is very limited. Overall I would say simply average.

Vegan and gluten-free friendly! You do not need to ask if they are vegan or GF, just let them know if you are, and they will accommodate your needs.

If you are GF, you won’t be eating their delicious pita sandwiches, so I would suggest their falafel platter and a side of hand-cut shoestring fries. Their fryers are dedicated vegan and are only used to fry two things: fries and vegan GF falafel.

Yes, the falafel is vegan and gluten-free. You do not need to request it be made with no egg, as you will in some establishments. Simply put, they serve up the best falafel you’ve ever had and subsequently ever will have.

I can’t say enough great things about World of Falafel and its owner/operator, Ed. Ed and his brother, Ayrk, are both equally as tedious about cleanliness and making sure the customers get what they want.

They have recently ceased to be kosher, which does not affect my high regard for their quality of food, service or overall attentiveness to sanitation. My boyfriend and I found WoF six months ago and have been coming back weekly since.

They now serve non-vegan options, but are extremely careful not to cross-contaminate the ingredients.

The staff is friendly and gives you personalized service. The food is fresh and they have a good falafel recipe. Menu is limited. Street and lot parking, and you have Main Street Newtown to explore after you eat.

It's a great place for a quick delicious meal right in the middle of town. You choose all your own toppings for your falafel or eggplant and can have it on pita or as a salad.
