My wife and I dine at Yuzu at least two or three times a month. The food is awesomely good and the owners, Harry and Jessica, are terrific.
If you like sushi, you MUST give Yuzu a try. Note that Yuzu has many other cooked (not raw fish) dishes, as well, and they are equally good. Their Pad Thai, their Drunken Noodles, and their several stir fried dishes, for example, are wonderful. Actually, many of their sushi rolls feature cooked shrimp and fish -- one of my favorite rolls (Angry Dragon) features a large, deep fried shrimp and it is beyond delicious. If you don't see what you want and if it's not really busy (i.e., you probably shouldn't do this at six o' clock on a Friday or Saturday evening), ask Harry or Jessica and they will always make you whatever you want.
Also, their stir fried eggplant (I know that this sounds just awful, but trust me) on the "special" menu is absolutely delicious and is one of their very best dishes! You could bake one of my shoes for 15 minutes and then pour the stir fried eggplant sauce over it and I would eat it with gusto!
It's a BYOB, the prices are very reasonable and the owners clearly value your patronage. I really don't think that you can ask for more than this.
For those of you who are unfamiliar with Yuzu, it is located in the small shopping center right across the street from the Lancaster Railroad Station, where there is plenty of free and well lighted parking.
Give Yuzu a try if you have not been there before. You will be glad that you did!
