We had a wonderful meal here! Staying at hotel here and restaurant was fantastic! Party of four; we ordered the new York strip, meatloaf and parmesan chicken. The entrees were delicious, soup was great and sides were yummy. Server was Ben and was very attentive to our requests. You won't be disappointed!

We loved our meals here. We got the highly recommended pot roast which was so tender. We can’t wait to come back for it. We also had such wonderful service from their staff. Shannon, JoJo and Dee they were so nice and attentive. We also loved our breakfast as well. We can’t wait to come back!

The piano player is quite good and will play your favorite selection. We were seated immediately (friendly hostess). Our waitress came over rather quickly and took our drink orders. Drinks and rolls came out in good fashion It goes downhill from there.
We waited and waited for our meal. The place was far from crowded. Finally got the soup (chicken corn) below average -- no corn. The salad was OK nothing to rave about at all. A bit more of a wait and finally the meals came. The Chicken Madeira was one small (close to tiny ) piece of chicken. Overall below average to say the least. The meat entree was large but tough to eat. The accompanying vegetables were about average. Dessert was out of the question after that meal.
Save yourself some trouble and avoid. Too bad -- decor is nice and like I said, the piano player is good,

The restaurant is decorated beautifully but oh can looks be deceiving!!! The wait staff was horrible & we had to wait forever for refills on our drinks & when they brought our meals, we were like, where's the rest??!! Portions were child size but the prices weren't!!! Never again!!

This great place to eat, resting in the Fulton Steamboat Inn, is a terrific place to go for any of the three meals. We popped in for lunch (you don't have to stay at the Inn to eat here), and found the food fresh and tasty, the service excellent, and the price very acceptable. It's on Route 30, a bit out of downtown Lancaster, but if you're traveling around Amish country, or even doing things downtown, it's not far away, and is worth the visit.
