We stopped off here as we wended our way slowly north along the Pacific coast. It's a bit off the beaten track, especially in winter, but it served our purpose well. The facilities were good, the staff pleasant and helpful and we were served an excellent cooked breakfast, all at a reasonable price by Australian standards.

Stopped off here on drive up the east coast. Pretty location right beside a bay. Great sunsets and bird life. Koala and kangaroo area. Motel is simple, clean, owner very friendly and helpful. Plenty room for 3 of us in our room. Perfectly adequate and comfortable for a one night stop off. Huge bowling club with restaurant right next door for eats - far enough away so there is no noise.

Good Location but no service. Stayed at this Motel previously but only for 1 night. This time we stayed for 4 nights. Arrived back at Motel after first day out, very tired and ready to just crash but found that the room had not even been serviced. Checked with Manager who advised that they do not service the room but all you have to do is ask for anything that you want!!!!!!! We have been in hospitality industry and find that this is not acceptable. We did ask for room to be serviced daily but it still did not happen. Tea, coffee etc and towels were replace but bed was never made. Would not go back there again nicer places and better service at Soldiers Point only 20 minutes away. Also had breakfast previous time we stayed. Great breakfast but could not find anywhere that it was being offered this time. Very disappointed with out stay. Bowls Club next door was very convenient.

Room Tip: All rooms the same

A very nice little family run hotel with clean rooms equipped with a small kitchen. There is pool in th emiddle of the complex, although we didn't try it out. Service was friendly and efficient. Al in all an ideal place to stay on a road trip.

We agree with the majority of posts about this motel
Nice decor
Clean crispy white sheets
Just on our nights stay the strong smell from the carpet cleaning chemical caused us considerable discomfort
We were offered another room to their credit
