We walked up to the Inner Light (very little parking at the top) so deserved our coffees with scones, jam and cream. A single helping of scones is two scones so we shared a single - big, warm, fluffy scones that went down "a treat" and with good coffee and fabulous views made for a lovely half hour!
PS, It is only a short walk from the bottom car park to the light!

What a spectacular spot for lunch or morning/afternoon tea. Good size meals, reasonable prices and the view is free.

We visited upon the recommendation of a family member who enjoyed his visit here. It is nice to look out over the headland on a bright sunny day. We ordered a scone and lemon lime and bitters which were both nice with friendly service. After eating a few rosellas came along to lick up our scraps.

Lots of fresh looking options for a cafe, the only thing that appears to be vegan is the fresh juices, needless to say, I did not order from here.
Views are great,
Staf are excellent
Free to browse the headland worth a visit for the history.

I really enjoyed my lunch at the Inner Light Tearooms. We had a table at the front of the veranda with immediate view of the water and dolphins playing. My salad was very fresh and delicious, service was fine - just a wonderful place to be on a sunny day at the Bay. Lunch was capped off with a visit to the adjoining little museum and the Port Stephens Marine Rescue centre where the volunteers were happy to answer our questions.
