Stayed here for a few nights in a beachcomber cabin. Cabin had been renovated but was very small and not nicely furnished. It smelt VERY badly of cigarettes. The pillows and bedding, the couch, when you opened the cupboards or put the heating on. Mentioned to the staff on check out and were very apologetic and gave a small discount of about $30. Still it was awful staying in there. The children’s bunk bed were also very hard to make as they are such a tight fit it was very difficult to lift the mattresses.
The park is very small and we were very disappointed with how cold the heated pool was. We could not swim in it. The splash park and jumping pillow was fun.
Staff were very friendly and helpful which was nice.
I wouldn’t stay again as I think there is better accommodation elsewhere. Please note there are two BIG 4 parks in Merimbula.
