Hello Lisa, Thank you so much for your review. Yes the beach is amazing. About 30kms in length, if the tide is right you can drive all the way to Lennox Head. One of the few beaches where a permit isn’t required for a 4WD. Thank you for staying with us, many blessings for the New Year.

Had a great stay at Ballina beach village. The staff were very friendly. Beautiful location and lots of secluded camping areas that allowed privacy and added characture to the site. Great facilities. Recommend it for a get away with your dog.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at Ballina Beach Village. We have spent a lot of holidays staying in caravan parks around Australia, and I can honestly say that this is one of the best. The beautiful bush setting is tranquil and so green with lots of grass and trees - a welcome change from the often barren dust bowls of other parks. There is lots of room, so even when we stayed (during the very busy summer period) it didn't feel like we were packed in like sardines. The beach is a short stroll down a bush track, and my partner spent a lot of time at the south wall on the Richmond River, where the fishing was top notch. The cafe has lots of tasty things to eat and makes REAL COFFEE. The nightly entertainment was a lovely touch too, lots of great live music from talented local musicians. We didn't realise it was dog-friendly when we booked, so we left the pooch at home, but next time, she's coming too!

We have stayed at Ballina beach village several times and every time is better than the last.
We love it, the kids love it and the pets love it...... Couldn't ask for better!!!
The villas are always really well presented with spotless floors and crisp linen! Would recommend this resort for anyone wanting to go to ballina.
The best part is how quiet it is. There are always lots of families here but there never seems to be a lot of noise, so relaxfull. We never want to go home !

We stayed a few days here at the Ballina Beach Village in a cabin, then went to another park in town and ended up coming back to the Beach Village after buying a tent and some minimal gear (because it looked like so much fun) after two days in town. Just loved all the space and beautiful wilderness, very very helpful staff who understood what we wanted and set about making sure we got it. Great food at the restaurant on Saturday night, listed to a wonderful musician. Really we had a romantic getaway with 2 kids!! Wow. We have booked again and absolutely enjoyed every minute we spent there. Other place was okay - but just not the sense of having a real holiday. very enjoyable.

Dear Guest, we are delighted that you had such fun in our cabins and camping. We have a lot of South Africans staying with as it reminds them of the Veldt! So while we don't have zebra and giraffe loping across the savannah we do offer incredible space and freedom. One of our biggest joys is seeing kids on their bikes (this is a great biking place we do it twice a day ourselves). It is such a healthy outdoor environment for kids. Just a reminder that in non school holiday periods, our cafe and kiosk is open every day from 8.30 to 5.30pm, and Fridays our cafe is open to 7pm and Saturday till 8.30pm serving dinners. WE also offer entertainment on Saturday nights! But please check our schedule for what we have on during the school holidays and non school holiday periods. Also we have a lot of kid friendly actvities during the day at school holidays. Easter, long wekeends and Xmas New Year and school holidays are special times with many great things to do. Our whale watching season starts soon in June and it is spectacular! Free shows every day! Don't forget to we have
3 night/4 day yoga retreats
3 night/4 day surfing retreats
3 night/4 day fishing retreats for the whole family
3 night/4 day flying trapeze camps.
Hope to see you all soon. Rikki
