Owner description: This 3.6 mile moderate walk follows part of the South West Coast Path from Boscastle along the cliffs bordering the ancient fields of Forrabury, before heading inland through Minster Wood, and then along the Valency Valley. In 2004 these steep-sided valleys funnelled 440 million gallons of water through Boscastle village in 5 hours, causing devastating flooding.

Walking from Tintagel to Boscastle along the coast path was a great day, with only a few steep ups and downs.
Boscastle is always worth a visit, even for an hour or so to wander around the village!

Have visited this area several times and highly recommend it. Lovely little buildings and nice pubs and craft shops. Poured with rain last time but still a good trip

An absolutely stunning walk with amazing views. Wear sturdy walking boots as it does take you along some cliff edges (no barriers) and along some rocky paths. Would certainly visit again.

Highly recommend a visit to this pretty little village and harbour. National Trust shop, cafe, pubs, galleries, museum of witch craft, and above all some of the best walks in Cornwall

Nice little walk around the village towards the harbour. Paid a little visit to the witch craft museum very interesting worth a visit and a nice coffee stop off at the national trust cafe. Lots of places to eat and drink. Recommend wearing suitable footwear when walking toward the harbour.
