The room and facilities are what you expect and the breakfast fine. Problem was our sink did not drain, we reported it and they said they would see to it, but unfortunately they didn't so difficult to clean teeth and use sink as it was full.

Our room literally overlooked the platform of Twickenham Train station. Major building works kept me awake most of the night even though there was triple thickness windows. The room had these strange stains on the ceiling where there has obviously been a leak of some kind. Looked very unsightly and could have been painted over. The shower also had a strange smell when we arrived. The room was boiling hot, so we had to turn down the heating. Also the loo roll in the toilet is in a really strange place to reach. Breakfast was OK for £8.95.

Stayed here 6/7th October. Exactly as we expected and very handy for the rugby stadium. When we got up Sunday morning there was no hot water so started the day with an unpleasant cold shower. Reported this to reception and it appears it was a problem throughout the hotel. We were told we would be sent a voucher for a free night as compensation. Fair enough but since then nothing has happened. Hotel staff were apologetic but clearly the corporate machine couldn’t care less.

Extremely comfortable bed, clean rooms, friendly staff, great location. Seldom to get an affordable hotel room this close to London. Advantage of 24/7 occupied desk. Staff most helpful and accommodating.

Overall a very good hotel. We stayed for 3 nights visiting family in the area. The hotel SuperRoom on the 7th floor was completely quiet from outside noises; planes, trains, traffic and building work in progress in the next block. The shower was great, everything worked well and room and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast at 9 pounds was good. We will certainly use the hotel on our next trip down in December.
