I didn’t eat but reading a couple of reviews from Canada I find myself writing this.
This is a large (for UK) traditional pub. Pubs don’t seat people generally, you often have to go to the bar (it’s a Brit thing but it creates a social interaction absent with table service IMHO) to order food & drink.
I had a couple of pints here (real ale) and it was very good they had football on TV and a pool table. Not everyone’s cup of tea but I’ve been in most of the pubs around here and this is one of the better ones.
The airport hotels will seat you but they lack atmosphere and aren’t pubs.
