This was a good property overall. Pricing was a bit high as the rooms are seeing some wear and tear but it was a peak week for Hershey in Dec. The food was good and worked well to eat in my room away from Covid worries. My kids enjoyed the pool.

We had a great stay. You would never know that this was a pet friendly hotel. There was no odor. Our suite was so close to the park and other attractions and the cost was reasonable. We would definitely come back again.
While I understand “country smell” the smell of poop was a bit overwhelming inside and out to the point where we had to turn on the ac in December to clear the smell from the room. I wouldn’t take the elevator either. It was out of order twice.
We stayed in 3 king suites. The rooms were large and great for eating together and hanging out together. The hotel was only a mile from HersheyPark and different food options. We had a great time and plan to return
Family trip to Hershey, PA weekend of Thanksgiving. We booked three king suites and they provided the perfect amount of room for myself, my husband and our 1 year old son. The room also had a kitchen, living room area and a separate bedroom with large bathroom. The hotel was very clean but the rooms were pretty dated. If a few updates were made to the rooms this hotel would be perfect. The hot breakfast in the morning wasn't great, that is my only complaint. I would recommend just grabbing some muffins from there if you want something quick. We did love and take advantage of the 24 hour coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar though! This is also a great location as it is only a 10 minute drive to the park and even less of a distance to the museum. We will definitely consider this hotel when we return in 2023.
Claire and the entire staff went way above and beyond to make sure our stay to deliver 6, 9 week old German Shorthaired Puppies was perfect! From upgrading our king room to a suite on the first floor to holding and loving on the puppies, these people make a great property perfect!
