Appropriate attire for fine dining. Delicious food, great dish presentation. The Inn is located downtown that serves the Lake Wallenpaupack region, lots to do in that area. Food is so fresh they pride themselves as a full service farm-to-table restaurant and tavern. Reservation a must! Come early and explore the grounds. If you are a tourist many pic opportunities. The Inn sits on six acres of land, nice gardens and it bordered by the Lackawaxen River. The inside is authentic 1920's style furnishings, very ornate. The tables are nicely spaced for privacy and dining room has live piano to entertain you while you dine. Excellent food and service. We did not sleep at the Inn but met some folks when we explored the grounds, who did; they were very happy with the accommodations.

As soon as we walked in, I knew this was the perfect one-night getaway. We were able to bring our dog at a very reasonable rate and they were very accommodating and included a food/water bowl along with doggie bags and a toy for our pup. We were able to check-in a littler earlier than our time.
Upon entering the lobby was fit for fall. It smelled remarkable and the hand-carved jack-o-lanterns were exquisite. Our room was so quaint and exactly what what was needed bring it was a night away without children. Our room had a tub w/ jets and robes are available to use.
There was a wine tasting at the bar before our dinner we were able to have a drink before our reservation.
I wanted to eat elsewhere but it was a yucky day so we opted to make a reservation at the Inn. The dinner we had there was fabulous!!! Top notch! Which I really appreciated because it was a dreary day so being at an Inn that gave the the urge to stay and get cozy was perfect.
There is a stream the backed up to the Inn and had a little beach with a fire pit. It was the perfect spot to walk the dog.
EVERY STAFF MEMBER was truly accommodating. You really don’t see Inns like this anymore. It’s truly one-of-a-kind.

We have eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner. The prices are high but the food is very good and worth every penny. If you go you have to try bird seed bread. Yummy.

They are not kidding when they say “farm to table.” The food is exquisite, the setting is special and the service great. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner here and were extremely pleased. The chef custom created a breakfast to our specific request and the dinner offerings were varied, tasty and unique. We also loved the choices of wine and cocktails. Fine dining!

We had a great meal with our son. Great service, wonderful food, and an interesting and value packed wine list. There is a great bar and a quaint seating area.

The Settlers Inn is the Flagship property of a great family business. Reservations area must, especially on the holiday weekends.
