When your meal starts with lobster meat, including a full claw, in a bowl that the waiter slowly fills table-side with pumpkin coconut bisque, and ends with a passionfruit meringue tart with raspberry compote, fruit salad, bubble sugar and coconut ice cream, you know you found foodie paradise. When the dining room pianist segues from Gillian's Island into a Phantom of the Opera Medley with a brief interlude of Happy Birthday dropped in to accompany another table's dessert service before a medley of Horse with No Name and Mr Ed, you know there is a reason this is a favorite farm to table restaurant, even if he medleys Wind Beneath My Wings with Fly Like an Eagle followed by a Beethoven and Macarena medley!
