Took the family for some family time and different dishes to try.
The kids loved it . Only thing was there was an odd smell on the place not sure if it was just that night or not as we haven't made it back there yet. But good food

We had a wonderful dinner here. Our server was very attentive and filled our drink and meal orders very quickly. I really enjoyed my lasagna! I requested the melted mozzarella cheese over the top and it was fantastic. The portion of lasagna was huge and I had enough left over to have the next day. I have eaten here many times over the years and have not been disappointed.

While visiting Erie, we decided to try Serafini’s as recommended. On entering the restaurant, we had to wait until the two waitresses finished their chatting before one of them showed us to a booth. Zero atmosphere in this cavernous hall. Too bright. No dress code as you could probably show up in your underwear and still be seated. Kids can run around and go bananas. The food courses came faster than a speeding bullet indicating that all was pre-made. The so called Italian bread was not Italian bread but doughy dinner buns and the salad forgettable. The pasta was gummy and the sauce seemed like it was out of a can. The best part of the meal was the glass of wine we had to wash this meal down. Oh well, we’ll try another Erie restaurant one day, but, not Serafini’s.

Thursday night at 6:30pm was very busy --After almost 15 minutes I had to ask where is our server --she was responsible for quite a few tables but once she took our order service was great ---she should have let us know that she saw us and would help as soon as possible

This is all home cooked food. There were six of us for dinner....and everyone of us love our dinners...how often does that happen.
