Their biline is “the best places to stay in Oregon”. I enjoyed the Lodge in Grants Pass so wanted to visit this sister Inn in Winston. Tony from the front desk was so helpful. Rooms are well furnished and clean with excellent toiletries. It’s located near the 600 acre Wildlife Safari if you’re looking for something to do.

Wow! Thank you for that great review. We are so glad that you stayed at more than one of our properties. The Lodge is one of our most beautiful properties. With that being said Wildlife Inn is our newest property to date in the Country House Inns Family. So we are excited that you enjoyed your stay with us, and found our enmities to you liking. I am so glad that Tony was able to help you with anything that you needed. We look forward to having you as our valued guest again.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Check in was simple and fast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we went to our room I wasn't really sure what to expect. I was very happy. Our room was very very clean, big and had very nice comfortable furniture in it. The wifi worked very well. There wasn't any road noise, it was very quiet. We had a king suite, there was a small refrigerator with a freezer and a microwave, In the morning they had a small continental breakfast. Bread, english muffins, bagels a toaster, butter, jelly and peanut butter. Oatmeal, crasins, rasins and brown sugar. Yougurt, orange juice and apple juice. They have coffee, hot chocolate hot water and bags of tea. Again the staff at breakfast were very pleasant. You are 5 minutes from Wildlife Safari. I would recommend this hotel, and I would stay here again.

The hotel is small with very few amenities. The rooms are dated and there isn't a pool. Did not like that the room windows do not have curtains our blackout shades to block the bright light coming from outside the room. The blinds when closed just don't block much light. However, it is clean and well cared for. The "Breakfast" isn't much and nothing hit. Just has some bagels, Cereal, and muffins. The one thing it has going for it is it's VERY close proximity the the Wildlife park which is good. If your going to the park stay here. If your not then you would probably be better off in a bigger town with nicer hotels.

Room tip: 2nd floor is better than ground floor. Try to stay clear of the corner rooms next to the Vending machines.

This hotel is very close to the Wildlide safari, so it makes a good base to explore this attraction. The room we stayed in was nice and the staff OK, as was the limited-choice breakfast (a few fruits and some candy bars). My main pet peeve was the connection of the TV-cable-coffee machine in the room. They were all plugged together into one socket with something that looked like a Frankenstein connection: a fire waiting to happen.
